Based off Wandsworth Common, we will help you develop your own gin in our 2L copper pot still, Little Angel, matching botanicals to your own flavour profile that suits your pallet, whether it be citrus, floral or herbal. We can also advise on which botanicals to use if you're unsure.
We will run three test batches to make sure the gin tastes exactly how you’d like. Following this, we’ll distill a full batch in our 100L copper pot still, Florence, before bottling, labelling and finishing with a wax seal, delivering to a location of your choice anywhere in the world.
Crafted for you
The minimum production run results in 40L of 46% ABV Gin. This can be bottled in any combination, for instance; 40 x 500ml bottles to use throughout the day and be kept as a memento, and 200 x 100ml Wedding Favour style bottles. Of course there is no maximum should you require a larger run.
Bespoke flavour
You can design your own label and choose your own wax colour, or alternatively we can design everything for you. We have an extensive range of wax colours, but we can also mix some together to match your day's colour palette. Alternatively, our wax supplier can make a customised colour wax to your specification.
The process can be completed in less than a month, but we advise at least three months from start to finish.
We will ensure your gin is totally unique to you, pairs with tonic and works perfectly in your favourite cocktail.
